SUNNY ENGINEERS is an IATF:16949 certified manufacturer and exporter of precision sheet metal stampings and assemblies. We are located near Pune, Maharashtra, which is a major industrial centre and automobile hub of Western India.
We have an experience in handling all types of material like Mild Steel (HR/CR/HSLA), Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminium and even nonmetals like PVC and Hylam. We cater to all types of industries and provide short run to high volume stampings.

Our Establishment

We started this manufacturing unit as a job worker with a business of 3000 US$ and a single local client in a rented workshop. Today we have our own premises and do a business of around 0.67 million US$ catering to clients in North America, The EU, the Middle East and Australia. We provide components with added operations like Mig Welding, Tig Welding, Copper Brazing, ED coating, Zinc Plating, Powder Coating, Anodizing, Chrome Plating, Hot Dip galvanising, Zinc Iron plating etc.
